It is hard to do. You can gey over it by boosting up you own ego and telling yourself, "I'm worthy". You have to learn to trust the ones you care about. Jealousy can turn people away instead of bringing them closer to you. No body wants to be "owned".

It is a tough thing to get over. I find myself being jealous a lot, but I just try not to think about it, in the way that i am jealous. I think about what I have that is good, and how its alright that I dont ahve whatever I am jealous over. But, it takes some effort and doesn't come over night.

That is one emotion that has to be dealt with with cold turkey. You just have to say to yourself what good is this emotion? How is it benefiting my relationship? If it's not helping move your relationship forward, drop it!
If you cant deal with it, get out of the relationship that causes the jealousy.
