Need help to convince one of my best friends that we can be more than friends. PLEASE ANSWER?
So this girl that I have been friends my whole life, she is one of my best friends, I've wanted to be more than friends for a really long time, so i tried to ask her to homecoming, but she said she couldn't but didn't give me an explaination, this was yesterday, so now that she said that, my other friend, who is a girl, kind of explained why she said no, she likes someone else and wants to go to homecoming with them, i'm cool about that, but it tore me up inside, and she said that she said she just wanted to be friends, i guess just for right now, how can i show her that we can be more? Please answer

Right now it seems like she wants to just be friends. She might not want to complicate the friendship by dating. Give her some time, it's
sometime not easy for someone to move from a friend to being a gf.
Just continue to be there for her and don't pressure her and give it some time if it is meant to be everything will turn around for the better.

apparently she has decide too go her own way and has hit the highway here on you. either its something that is on her mind or shes just not ready too admitt it yet or never will return too you. its time for you too hit that lonesome highway and move on downe it. we think shes made it quite clear your not the anwser shes loking for in her life right now. she has proved nothing as far as being in love with you and has changed gears here. respect her feelings dont push this girl, shes trying too say hey look, iam moving on downe that highway!!

trust me if she just wants to be friends and she ment it enought to say it than you pushing her into being more than just friends it's just going to ruin the whole relationship.
just be friends and eventually if she wants to be more than that she'll tell you because she allready knows that you feel the same way.
just dont flirt with any other girls cause if she does like you that will turn her off.

The fact is you may never convence her but it doesn't hurt to try. Talk to her about things you have in common. Best of luck.

You can't show her that you can be more. You can't make her like you the way that you want her to...Sorry to say, but that's just the way it is.

Don't push it, because you'll only make her go further away.
