What's positive about them? What are some things we might be concerned about?

I think they are special, Think about it your with them everyday for 8 hours or more you get to know them really well , I look forward to going to work just to see my friends.

I don't believe in special kind of friendships for the simple fact that it just causes more problems than it's worth. My wifey is extremly secure and trusting but I wouldn't ever want her to wonder or for any other female to get the wrong idea that me being nice means something else. Believe me my wifey is GORGEOUS and there's no way that I would ever EVER cheat or put myself in a unflattering position to lose what is most important to me, and that's my future with my WIFEY

its good to be frnds wid ppl u work with it makes work fun. watch out for promotions and competitions tho they ruin frnships. and it specially hard to stay frnds with your juniors if ur a manager. cuz either they wount take u seriuosly as a manager or get offended when u have to be bossy r firm with them
