Play to your strengths.
If you really like a certain museum, share it with her - ask her to the museum.
If it is old movies, invite her to a art movie house, or a baseball game or even skating.
Think of something you enjoy and know about and .... invite her into your world. You can be the expert and show off some, she'll love it - I promise.

Don't go out to eat. Sometimes that can feel uncomfortable at first cuz you don't want to spill food on you or feel like a pig, & you feel pressure to try to talk non-stop since you're right across from each other & can struggle for things to say leaving you in silence. Instead do something more active to where you don't have to talk non-stop & it will give you something to talk about. Don't just go to the movies, cuz then there's no time to talk & get to know eachother. Maybe you could take her bowling, mini-golfing, go-carting, play tennis, or something like that. Make it casual & fun.
