Let´s assume the worst has come to the worst, electricity is limited and you MUST cut down drastically.
Would you give up on:
-computer?
-tumble dryer?
-iron?
-dishwasher?
-air conditioner?
-TV?
-microwave?
What are you really willing to sacrifice?

CO2 is NOT 'evil'. It is essential to all life on Earth. You simply would not exist without it.
It's disturbing that so many people seem to have lost the ability to think and rationalise. Do you really need a 'cause' to validate your lives? Do you feel that empty and worthless without a common enemy?
You are being made fools of by the media and the more you slowly realise that the more you fight to protect your pride.
The real question you should be asking is; why to you let yourself be led so easily... to paraphrase, 'Who's the more foolish; the fool or the fool who follows him?'

I tend to go to parks to read, and I've been approached a few times by large (Canadian I think) geese, sometimes in large packs. So far they have only shown mild interest in me, but they have gotten very close, and I am wondering how best to react in this situation?

Problem solved, now let us drive/fly/sail and live our lives without the pathetic, pointless guilt trip and scaremongering. Thanks.

They would be for Sale at a Farmers Market all would be homemade and environmentally friendly with little or no packaging.I am just curious if people would try them.
Shampoo bars (Last longer and do not have a bottle)
homemade spa pack with all homemade soap packaged only in a basket wrapped in a towel and a ribbon. Assorted baby protucts(shampoo bars and soap also with little or no packaging.) Price would be similar to store brands.

how electricity do you think your average PC power supply uses in a month. How much would it raise your electric bill.

I have had 2 computers given to me and I already have 2 computers. I want to attach the new ones to the network, but If it raises my electric much, I want to pass on them.

If sea level rises due to global warming, then lots of property all over the country, and the world, will get destroyed. Just like so much property in New Orleans. But until recently I lived in a nice shore town, and if I still had a job there I would have considered eventually buying a house there, fully aware of what could happen in the next few decades.

A small concrete bollard in my street was recently removed and the sign it carried was put up on a nearby lampost. The sign is roughly square yellow with a black 'H' on it with some black numbers above and below the H itself.
I've seen these signs around for years but i'm curious as to what they are for.
Any ideas?

I mean real trash. -Broken toys-About 50 fill trash bags-1/2 R broken w/ all kinds of moldy food in them-Hugh hills of pooh from the rabbit-all kinds of broken furniture-Her dogs are always using the bathroom in my yard-she puts more trash out everyday-most of it's been O/S for more then 1 year.
We have knock on her door about 20x‘s, and she does not answer. U can hear her children yelling "Mom it's the lady who lives next door". So we know she is home, just not answering the door.
I don’t what to call children services, she seems like a good mother, just lazy with the cleaning of the outside. IDK what the I/S is like.
I have to look at it everyday, when I set on my porch, that is all I see. When I drive in and out of my drive way, roll up the windows b/c it’s bad odor. W/ the nice weather, if I open my window I pray to god that the wind don’t blow this way.
It’s totally gross.
I am Asking, what would you do, Or who would you call? Is this like a health code or something?

AN ELECTRIC LOCOMOTIVE WHICH WAS HAULING NEARLY 15 CARS STOPPED WHEN A PERSON PULLED AN ALARM CHAIN . IT COULD NOT START AS THE ELECTRIC LOCOMOTIVE EXACTLY STOPPED IN THE NEUTRAL ZONE AND PEOPLE HAD TO GET DOWN AND PUSH THE CARS TO MAKE THE LOCOMOTIVE MOVE AWAY FROM THE NEUTRAL ZONE. AS SOON AS IT EXITED FROM THE NEUTRAL ZONE THE LOCOMOTIVE GOT BACK THE POWER. i WANT TO KNOW WHY THERE SHOULD BE NEUTRAL ZONE AND WHETHER IT IS ESSENTIAL FOR THE FUNCTIONING OF ELECTRIC TRACTION.
