You can't buy any of them in the US (except for the low speed 25 MPH versions) because US laws make it prohibitively expensive to certify vehicles for US roads. That's why there are so few US car manufacturers. It simply costs too much money to compete.

The most interesting thing about these $6500 electric and hybrid cars is that it proves that electric cars can be built affordably using mass production, contrary to the propaganda we are being fed that electric vehicles are just too expensive to build.

If you want an inexpensive electric car here in the US, I would suggest looking at EV conversions - regular cars converted to electric power. Cars like this are made by small entrepreneurs, and can be found for less than $10,000. Link:

they said
We have tested and retested the hybridized version of our E bus, the FEV-710AB. The added generator allows the bus to
operate at a range of 310 miles on $2.90 of plug-in electric power and $17.00 worth of gasoline. That is $6.42 per 100
miles in a big bus, $4.58 less than the current gasoline cost for an average gasoline powered family car in the United
States.

If you believe this I have a good buy in some land. Great bottom land in Florida or a bridge in Brooklyn.

Those prices look to good to be true. That is a red flag to me. You better be VERY sure you are getting what you expect for your money before paying them.
