I'm a primary teacher at an International school and am coming up for interviews over the phone. I hate phones and always bomb at interviews when they are face to face. Any tips to hide my insecurities and stop me looking like a chump. I'm actually a good teacher but tend to mess it up by getting nervous and talking rubbish. Ta

I intend to develop an online Public Management (PM) course and desperately need freely accessible and/or downloadable/obtainable both text- and non textbook electronic format readings on a number of topics such as follows:
theories of public administration/bureaucracy,
new public mgmt,
public policy and policy analysis,
personnel mgmt,
e-gvt, financial mgmt,
public relations,
strategic mgmt, etc.
I searched web for free sources but to no avail...
Anybody could refer me in a targeted way to particular sites with open readings on these PM subjects?
Any other strategies to obtain these readings in file
formats ?
Would be appreciative of any expert's advice.

Let's say, someone wanted to teach parents, parenting skills. For example "Communicating with your child," in a non school or medical environment, e.g. a public library meeting room, would they need some sort of official certification / credential?

If so, what kind of certification would that be?

a) Where do you see examples of translation?
b) Where do you see examples of reflection?
c) How are these transformations alike?

I knoe mirror, lake

I know they are congruent

She's always staring me down then smiling about it. Also, she's always teasing me. I asked could i use something of hers the other day, and she was like "yeah i guess you can", then she said she was just teasing me. Everytime I'm out, she'll ask me why i was out? Why does she act like this? I'm a girl by the way.

I am a 14 year old student and I have been wanting to be a teacher ever since I was like 8 or 9. I still have not changed what I want to do. So I was wondering if any of you teacher's out there could tell me some behind the scenes stuff that teacher's have to deal with that students do not know about.

I would kind of like to know how many emails you get a day that is work related, what kind of things need to be turned in to your boss that is on a deadline, how many hours a day you grade papers...etc. Please try not to tell me how stressful your job is because that is what I KNOW already.
