Nope, but you should be prepared on the off chance you have another pop quiz. So, just make sure you pay attention and know your stuff.

By the way, teachers tend to give pop quizzes when they get frustrated because kids aren't paying attention and/or don't seem to care, and as a result the teacher suspects they don't know their subject matter. It sounds weird, but teachers actually see pop quizzes as a way to punish the kids who aren't trying while rewarding those who are. This is because you tend to score high on a pop quiz if you have been paying attention.

It would help if you were to see these pop quizzes as rewards rather than punishments. As long as you're asking questions, taking notes, and paying attention, you will get good grades on them--so it's kind of like a free A.
