i am writing an ad to attract ESl students on the Internet to my home to give private lessons. I have written ads but don't seem to get enough business. I thought perhaps if I posted this question to the community someone might have some information I don't that could help me get MORE BUSINESS COMING TO MY HOME.
What do you think are effective words to attract students wanting to improve the English who live in the local area. I am interested in attracting Adults and Teenagers.

my last few persons acted like it was a bargin, I was wondering if I should raise my price for the next client. Then again, sometimes it's frustrating when a person doesn't get it. Some people seem to catch on fast (easy $$) while others just always need more of my help (work for $$). I tell them they can always call me with questions if they get stuck, like a help-desk. By that time I know they know enough so I may guide them via phone.

The students also aren't very cooperative with "group work". I think most aren't that interested in oral English. I am not connecting well with them, maybe because I'm so much older than them. They are 18-21. This has been the worst job ever and I'm really struggling. Thanks.
