I am stuck on which university to attend next year. Syracuse has cold weather, but great academics and Arizona has hot weather, but I am not sure if the reputation is the same. Both have solid sports and I am possibly looking to major in retail and overall have a good time. HELP

Which book or books should I buy? Also, was the GMAT easier or harder than you expected?

Any advice would be most appreciated.

I have been trying to write this paper all semester and everything I write sounds more and more confusing. The Social Contract theory is my topic and I am about to give up. What is worse is it is due tomorrow. I have searched Hobbes and Locke and even googled Social Contract Theory and still nothing.
Is it just me or is philosophy confusing and philosophers confused? Can anyone offer me any suggestions on how to get this eight page paper up and going?

Major in Photography and French and have a Minor in Fine Arts? One of my friends told me I would have to Major in Fine Arts because there is so much in the curriculum for it, is that true? I'm 22, started working right out of high school, so I know VERY little about college.

Can you take additional undergrad courses from the school you already have a Bachelor's degree from? How do you go about doing that? Do you have to apply again? Or can you just contact the school registrar and sign up for classes? I'm asking because I've decided I'd like to teach and I don't have an Education degree so I figured I should go take some undergrad classes in education first, then get my masters.

I am currently about to graduate in a week. Just the other day, I just sat back and thought about my degree and how it wasnt a hard skill. I have been in college for 4.5 years so I was pretty on track. I was considering staying back 1 more year (5.5 years total), and getting a B.S. in Finance also. I know these don't go together, but I want that financial backup. I was also deciding whether it is better for me to just graduate and attain work experience now, and handle an MBA/MS in Finance later, other than to do a whole year of undergraduate to attain a finance degree?

I am currently a student at Berkeley, and once I graduate I want to get an M.D. and, after that, a law degree. This will allow me to be a very effective patent lawyer and work for pharmaceutical companies. But, exactly how long will this take?

Thanks

I'm a software professional, specializing in .NET for the last 6 years, and presently working for a TV station in New York, USA.

I'm planning to comeback to india in the next few months, and work with some IT company there. But Unfortunately, I'm a college dropout, my highest completed education is +2 (phy+che+bio+maths+english) 70% marks.

Just for the sake of getting any degree (bachelors or masters, like MCA or BCA or M.sc or B.sc) to show that I have a degree... what can I do ? And I also dont want to spend 3 years on that too, something accelerated and part-time.

Technically, I'm well qualified in IT, and have lots of experience, but still I feel awkward in telling them I'm a college drop out. Any suggestions ?

I seriously want to know. Is it kind of easy and laid back? Do you have time for friends and partys and stuff?

I just want to know, if that is how it is for most people. Like do most young adults have to work? I mean what is average?

My name is Ryan F. As of right now I am aiming at Business Management and Marketing. I am a senior in high school and taking community college courses. Signing up for next semesters courses is a challenge as I am still looking where to apply. At the moment I am trying to take all UC transferable classes as it seems like the smart thing to do.

Why? = I need to know where to apply so I can see the classes I need to take and if I would be able to get a head start now.

Knowledge? = Little. I'm glad I have chosen my desired areas but need some help in
1) What to be looking for (getting involved in).
2) What I need to plan for and will need (course wise).

The college website is dvc.edu; I was suggested as a follow up to Introduction to Business to take an accounting class possibly, business communications, and a class in excel spreadsheets (all suggested by the teacher). Please help =D I currently just have google/assist.org (unlimited funding if good grades/accepted/in cali).
