Duke University offers an MBA substantially online and they're pretty credible in most people's book. I understand it's not inexpensive and is pretty difficult to get into.
The bottom line is that it depends entirely on who awards the degree. An online degree from UMass, Johns Hopkins, UC-Berkeley, UFlorida, Duke, and the like is a pretty respectable credential. One from the lower of the regionally accredited colleges garners a bit less respect.
There are very many truly outstanding schools teaching online now. Some of the best in the world are teaching online including Harvard U. and Oxford. Some "in the middle" are offering outstanding opportunities too. You can now study with some of the brightest professors in the world - and all you need is an internet connection, serious motivation, and some money.
Just like 'in-the-seat' degrees, some are outstanding and some are truly garbage. It's up to you to research and learn which are which. Generally speaking, an online program at a school that is highly ranked for all of their programs will be well respected.
An online program from a school that advertises "get your 4-year degree from us in only 2-years, part time, at home, without any exams, everyone with a credit card welcome..." won't be very well respected by anyone (not even your mom).
note: just because a school says that they are accredited, doesn't mean they are either accredited or very good. When looking at any list of anything, someone is at the bottom of the list. That means there is a "worst accredited college in the world" and we don't really want to go there; do we?
You also need to understand what all of those accreditations mean for that to have any meaning to you. Regionally accredited is what you really want and with an MBA you also want AACSB as well.

Some online courses are very credible, and have a good reputation. But don't choose one through a "come-on" offer like that. Do some (perhaps on-line) research to find the good ones.

If it is a university that says "accredidations," and you can click on it to see the accredidations, then it is an actual school.
