An MBA is a graduate degree - words on a piece of fancy paper or a resume. "It" doesn't affect any of the social or psychological parameters you've listed.

It's meaning is defined by the person, someone who is motivated to become more knowledgeable through dedication and a solid work ethic, as well as investing time and money toward their future.

Socially it will mean others view the person as being intelligent, stable, and someone willing to work hard - a person they can look to for guidance, assurance, and assistance.

Emotionally they will have the skills and tools to deal with the stressors in their lives, and others will view them as reliable and steady.

They're motivated to develop themselves mentally, and will seek greater knowledge in everything they do.

Barring disease or mental disorder, they will be psychologically fit and confident through their learning experience, knowing they have the aptitude and capacity to handle a variety of challenges and situations.

An MBA doesn't grant or reward a person; rather it's the person that defines the MBA.
