I've heard good things about RISD though I passed it up in favor of SCAD for a variety of reasons.

By fashion advertiser do you mean someone (like a graphic designer) who specializes in fashion advertising? Or do you mean more of an actual advertising-specific degree, as in one who coordinates the advertising for an account (in this case fashion). Advertising is a very broad field. You'll probably need to extensively research this (google!) to figure out how you want to approach it. Contact a variety of schools to look at their programs. RISD has a great graphic design dept. never heard them being known for advertising - think I heard that they have a good fashion dept. Chances are you'd be going into an Advertising dept NOT the Fashion dept. Some schools (like SCAD) offer Graphic Design and Advertising as separate degree programs. Others only offer Graphic Design, maybe with some advertising classes thrown in. If you REALLY want to do advertising and advertising only then pick a school that offers Advertising as a degree program, if you find that you don't like it you can switch into another program.

Suggested schools:

RISD, RIT, SCAD, CALArts, Parsons, SVA, MICA, Pratt, Cooper Union, SAIC

i did not look on the photo yet i have suggested this different places to boot. the priority is that in modeling they provide concept to 10/12 or over to be plus-length so they regularly basically use a length 10/12 style buuuuut fashions are also somewhat tall which makes them look a lot thinner than the "overall" lady.

Do you mean fashion merchandiser, or a fashion advisor? I've never heard of a fashion advertiser.
