I'm Active Duty Air Force and have enough time to attend the classes but wonder if it will be too much of a work load for me. I took 2 online classes History and English at once and pulled off A's for both classes. The 3 classes I'm considering taking are Intro to college writing, Organizational Management, and an Electronics Class/Lab (all 3 are classroom NOT online classes). I'm really just concerned with getting a lot of home work from these classes, will they have a load of homework?

I live in the Midwest, so University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Do you think that's possible?

If not, are there any other places I can go where I can get into a medical school after college is complete?

So far, I've already been accepted into two colleges with my SAT scores. Do I still need to send my ACT scores if I've already been admitted? I don't want to waste money.

I woke up today with a sore throat and then in the middle of the day I got a fever and chills. The fever is now 101, but it's been rising throughout the day and I think it will be higher tomorrow. I have two exams tomorrow (I'm in college) and I just have no idea if I should tough it out or get a doctor's note? I almost want to just get them over with, but I'm scared I'll do badly on them because I'm sick and they're not easy exams either.

Hey everyone! Okay so I was wanting to go to college so I could be a heart doctor/surgeon. First of all, does that profession make alot of money? Second of all, does it make enough money so I could buy alot of stuff from places like Gucci, Prada, Dolci and Gabbana? Thank you and all answers are greatly appreciated.

I have a friend who has a bachelors in business administration and a masters in healthcare administration. She's frustrated because she can't find any jobs except high-level clerical positions. She's also annoyed because all of her associates with only bachelors degrees are being offered management jobs, almost with no experience. Do you think she's being turned down so much because she's overqualified, not enough experience, or is her extra education seen as a kind of threat? Thanks for your insights.

Hi,
I'm a high school graduate and am planning to enroll in an AS degree in nursing. The main reason why I chose this course was to get a decent job to support myself and to help fund college. Think of nursing as a "phase" career in my life. My question is that after my AS degree, can I continue my bachelors in business administration? If yes, does it take longer time to complete the BS this way than it would if I did my AS in business administration?

I have been talking with family about school and how grades are important. They say that if you do good in school you can get really good jobs? How is that? Do employers look at your grades when you apply for a job? I mean my grades arnt that good but I am pulling it up and probly transfering to another school to have a fresh start and have had decent jobs at companys so far so my resume is decent. How can getting my grades good land me a good paying job? My brother is making alot of money now but his grades are horrible. Do grades really matter too employers?

I live in Canada and here I need to get a bachelor's degree in something (anything really) before I can apply to a medical school. What are things like in other countries? I'd like to enter med school straight from high school if I can. Would it be a good idea to move to another country to get my M.D.? What's the deal on entrance to Med school?!
