If you go to a top 15 MBA program, then you can get multiple six figure offers in nearly any field of business you choose.
If you go to a ranked MBA program outside the top 15, then you can improve your salary enough to justify the tuition, and can probably move into a field that interests you more than your current area.
If you go to an MBA program tha tis not ranked, then the degree will do little more for you than an undergradaute degree in business, and would only be worth it if you went part time & someone else paid for it.

You can do management stuff , like human resources , marketing , operations management , information technology management , of course you'd earn more money , and probably have more power at the firm you work at , you may also change careers easily within the limitations of an MBA , a lot more easily than those with specific graduate degrees .
