The new one.

The calibration may be a minor issue to the owner, but as the comapny grows, the off-kilter oven can become a challenge to new employees, leading to burned items and the cost of replacing the food.

The meter can be recalibrated. A note on the setting/indicator can inform about what to set.
A more serious problem has to do with the eficiency. If the unit has been used for a while and lying unused long, the insulation might be compromised and heat losses can be more leading to higher running costs, which may eat into the $100 saving.

New store setup? I would save the cash and buy the used. Can live with it and fix it later.

talking from journey in case you may arise with the money for the greater $one hundred it will be particularly worth it. Unfortunatley while handling used kit while it craps out your going to could desire to spend the added funds anyhow. stable success
