I live in Canada and here I need to get a bachelor's degree in something (anything really) before I can apply to a medical school. What are things like in other countries? I'd like to enter med school straight from high school if I can. Would it be a good idea to move to another country to get my M.D.? What's the deal on entrance to Med school?!

Well you have to be careful with that. Just because you were an MD or awarded an MD degree in another country, does not mean it will be accepted in your country or in the US and you may have to do additional schooling.
You should look into many medical schools. There are some that offer 6 year tracks for certain students out of high school as long as you have the right grades ect. Regardless, when you think about it, it will take the same amount of time no matter where you go. That bachelors degree is time for you to complete pre-requisites and also during that time you should shadow physicians, participate in research opportunities ect. The idea of having a bachelors degree is not just to make you go to school, it is for a purpose....but I understand your eagerness

Every country has a different system. I have coworkers who were doctors in China. They only needed a 4 year degree in medicine, instead of Americans who get a 4 year degree in anything before going to medical school. However, when these people moved to America, their Chinese medical degree wasn't enough to be a doctor here, so now they are working as chemists at the same level as people like me with a bachelor's degree.

So, there are countries where you can get a medical degree faster, but it is because they have lower expectations, and they are not qualified to be doctors in countries with higher expectations.

you will in all probability be waiting to preserve an English talking activity besides, if he lives in Munich, Berlin or any of the massive cities. there's a call for for docs with impeccable English in Germany, because of the fact it has an exceptionally severe migration fee and dissimilar people do no longer talk German. So i would not worry approximately that.
