Does our society offer jobs for a 29 years old male who just got his BA degree in interior design?
my boyfriend, he is 25 years old now and he has attended to college for about a year. In order to get his degree in interior design, he will take 3-4 more years, so he will be 29 when he graduate.I am concerning about his future and my future because what I am thinking is, for a 29 years old "" male"" just got an degree which is ''' little too old""',, i means i want him to be success but I also hoping that he can be the one that I can rely on... does anyone has friends or family had the similar situation as my boyfriend?? I am happy to share with you ^-^

I am going to take some online entry level courses in accounting at the community college next semester. I am currently working full time but I am in a field that is not suited to my personality and skills and I don't know what I can really do with a bachelors in pshychology.

If I can get an associates in Accounting, how useful would that be? I know in some states I could possibly get a CPA with a few accounting courses (although I realize it's difficult to get).

I jus read some stuff and i've read that people with buisness degree don't have a real set of skill, and the things you learned in college for that degree can be learned from working experience. So is buisness degree pretty much useless?

I was wondering if colleges allow you to room (in a dorm) with someone in a different year than you? At UT in paticular, but in general is fine too.

I have been going to privet school since kindergarten. My parents do not wish to send me to a private highschool. Does this mean I am less likely to get into an Ivy League school? I get pretty good grades. As and occasionely a b+.

I made my decision to attend another university in the spring in michigan and then transfer to university of wisconsin-madison. My chemistry teacher at my college has a phd in chemistry at ohio state and a bachelors degree in physics. When I showed him the work expectance, homework, and the exams that I took at u of m compared to wisconsin-madison he admitted that there was a major difference and that he understands why michigan was a pain in the butt? So guys if ranto or taranto gives you information on college he does not know what he is talking about?

I am 18 years old
You see i have had goals since i was in middle school to become a filmmaker, but lately this past few years i have been going through many personal issues, but i still would like be in film but haven't had straight goals. And i know life is never what you expect. But film is a very big gamble on life on my perspective, either it will move you forward or not. But i have some great passion for it.
At sametime i want to be in architecture because it has a more realistic success to it and has some interest.
At the sametime i want to go to the navy first, to become a stronger person, chance to feel like protector, while traveling around the world perhaps.
My therapist says i shouldn't join the navy and even consider and said i should go directly to film and pursue , since he says i am really smart enough and very artistic enough(i do feel i am creative enough) and should navy if i had no goals at all or something. Just not sure what to do...

I am currently a student at Loyola University in Chicago. I've never been able to settle in because I keep worrying about whether or not I made a mistake in coming here. How good is this school really, considering that I'm a pharmacy major? I really don't want to go back to the city colleges because the difference of quality education is obvious. I feel the tuition is overpriced so I'm wondering whether or not I'm really getting the best education for the money I'm spending.

I'm so confused about what to do. What do you guys think?

I have been out of school about 4 months. I have 7 years of work experience and a bachelors degree in Business. I can't find anything that pays over $10.00/hr. I have sent out numerous resumes and can't even get a phone call. I work at a family business so I am still yet to even go through an interview! I have had my resume checked by people in career services. I have an honors section that displays all my honors...I had a 3.96 GPA in college...do you think this is hurting me or do I need to go back to school?? What is the issue here??
