My PS3 has problems playing BLU RAY DVD'S.?
With my PS3 i got a free "BLU RAY" "X-MEN" dvd. I was led to believe "BLU RAY" was the best thing since sliced bread! In reality it was crap. The picture is noticably better than DVD's, but is still not crystal clear. But the big problem is the transition from frame-to-frame. The frames appear to jump slightly throughout the film, very similar to some copied dvd's i have seen. This problem is more obvious when the camera is panning across a scene.

I have a HD telly, which can handle 1080i, my PS3 is set to mach this resolution, and the two are connected by a HDMI cable. When playing games the picture is stunning, and none of the frame-to-frame problems occur.

Has anyone else had this problem?
I do live in England, so i am aware that if Sony knew anything of this problem, they would probably have ignored it, and released the machine anyway. lol

Thanks For Any Answers

say a 12v-220v transformer
input 12v and the output is 220v oviously

but if the input is 24v will the output be more than 220 v or
just 220v coz the primary is only 12v or 12 turns and can only take in 12v at a time.

or if the input is only 6 volts - will the output become less than 220v or the same 220v

I just got DISH in Jan 2007, I have had to have a repair tech out 4 times. AND you have to wait until they can came out, so you go without TV for a while. Doesn't seem right, to have to go days/weeks without a service. any thoughts, ideas on how to get this resolved?

Hi,

does anyone know if there are any mains adaptors that power more than one device?

I have that many devices connected to my computer that are powered by seperate mains adaptors and I was wondering if I can get a device that can power them all?

Surely there must be such a device? The seperate adaptors must be wasting alot of electricity.

i would obviously need some sort of tuner/video card, but what i am most concerned with is the picture quality of mostly .avi files playing from the computer and the television essintially acting as a "computer moniter". if you need any more clarification for what i am asking let me know. thanks.

I made a copy DVD movie on my computer which i played on my DVD player and it showed on my TV no problem.
I then gave this DVD to a friend to see who tells me that all they get is a blue screen. They are in a different country, European as well, but they tell me that they get just a blue TV screen.
What is the problem here? We are both in Europe...please read message correctly!

My mom remembers listening to a battery-powered Telefunken radio right after World War II. I am trying to find out what type(s) of batteries were used back then (she seems to remember it was a single battery, but she doesn't remember the dimensions and vaguely remembers the shape of the radio). Thanks in advance for any assistance you may be able to provide me.
