Where can I get a free or inexpensive ringtone mixer?

I want a computer program that I can use to mix my own ringtones from mp3s. I need to be able to send them to my phone from a usb cable. Thanks in advance!

You can use this free program from Sony. ACID XPress 5.0 http://www.sonymediasoftware.com/download/step2.asp?DID=551

iTunes is free and it allows you to capture a specific portion of an MP3 or itunes file and save it as MP3.
No mixing though. After you create your new Mp3 file, use whatever program you use already to transfer it to your cell phone.
