Too bad you bought your TV already. HP's Mediasmart HDTV (SLC3760N) has built in wired/wireless connectivity so you can stream videos from your PC to the TV via your home network. It also supports DivX and Windows DRM.

You can buy a stand-alone Digital media adaptor , check Netgear or Buffalo; however, most of them don't support DRM

An Xbox 360 has also media streaming capabilities.

it is an ok video card for the price, yet no longer some thing more advantageous. brilliant for casual gaming and an advance over X1550, yet I see you want play GTA IV. That interest realistically needs: HD4850 or 9800GTX (or some thing in this ballpark) Overclocked E8400 or a Q6600 (certain, it is going to apply more advantageous cores, and your Allendale will choke badly in this interest. Sorry, yet it extremely is the reality. 4GB of RAM. I recommend you ignore about about collaborating in GTA IV (too expensive to augment for, plus so buggy) and take the middle floor with an HD4650. it is the hot technologies card, and makes use of little or no capacity, yet is as right now as an HD3850. ought to prefer to fee about $60 for a version with 1GB of RAM, it extremely is amazingly wise thinking.

A graphics card with a HD-complained output is all you need, it doesn't have to be expensive either!
