Where can I find info on batteries used in Telefunken radios in 1947? I'm looking for dimensions and voltage.

My mom remembers listening to a battery-powered Telefunken radio right after World War II. I am trying to find out what type(s) of batteries were used back then (she seems to remember it was a single battery, but she doesn't remember the dimensions and vaguely remembers the shape of the radio). Thanks in advance for any assistance you may be able to provide me.

I would guess 6 volt, or two 6 volt in series (12volt).
Check with a radio collector.
