I am looking for a retina/iris reader that will read an employees eye which will be used as a time card punching system.

I am sure it is not going to be cheap. You may find cheaper solutions based on fingerprint reading or palm reading

Iris technology is not matured yet and it's not cheap. Most importantly, those who wear glasses will have a lot trouble using the system.

We often suggest our client to use fingerprint instead. Fingerprint verification is more stable and cost-effectively. You can check it out at:
