I want to record a CD of my music to sell online. But I have no idea how recording studios work. If I rent a studio I will have no idea how to work it, and i also don't know how you can do good home recordings. can anyone fill me in a little on this?

I am trying to solder a small connection on a cell phone PCB. I have heard some use a special soldering kit for "micro-modular work" and also a micro-dremel to expose a wire on a circuit board. What my question is where specifically are these available and what brands and models are recommended. I'm willing to spend $200-400 on one. Links would be very appreciated! Thanks for the help.

I was wondering what states is it illegal to use this without consent of other participant. Is it legal to make and save phone voice recordings for my protection without the other person knowing? Can hand-held voice recordings be used in court or legally used without the other person being informed?

I want to get the free TV package for Virgin Media and get Sky TV so I can actually watch TV... is this ok? I've already got a Sky satellite from a few years back... so all they would have to do is come with a Sky+ box right?

I just got this second hand hi-fi dirt cheap but i really don't know how to use it as i don't have any experience in this sort of thing. I have like the big unit thing that i connect the wires to. The wires for the speakers are split in two if you know what i mean, like a positive and negative i think, and their not like a plug but actual open wires. Thing is i don't want to use the big unit thing, i actually wanna plug it into my computer or other stereo. Obviously these don't work the same way as they use actual plugs and in most cases, only one plug per speaker, where as i'm guessing for a positive and negative i would need two plugs......anybody know how to solve this like cutting a wire here or plugging something there.....or do you just have absoulutly no idea what i'm talking about?!

I don't suppose anyone within the Answers! community would know where I could aquire a reconditioned Bunn model B8 woodgrain coffee maker?
One of my closest friends recently lost his due to a power surge after an outage. The man is 75 years old, set in his ways and I suspect will likely be unable to figure out how to operate anything else without tremendous difficulty.
My own efforts to resolve this issue have ended with an e-mail to the Bunn corporation requesting a replacement thermostat, (this being the part which was damaged) but they have yet to respond.
My only recourse otherwise, taking into consideration his refusal to accept any help purchasing a new model, his limited income and that I have been informed his model has been discontinued is to attempt to find one which has been reconditioned.
It stands to reason that it would therefore be at a reduced price.
My own efforts thus far have been unsuccessful so any help would be appreciated.

On of my house speakers is an 6". At half volume you hear bass but if turn it up some more it start to sound funny. It's like you hear the speaker it's self vibating. How much more till it blow out.!!

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for comparisons between a moulinex juicer and jack lalanne juicer. There are two used models that I can get for both the same price ($40.00) but I am unsure as to which of the two is a better brand -- moulinex or Jack Lalanne. Which of the two would you go with?

What about quality and power? Does either of the two have better quality? Remember, this is used... so it has to be made to last...
