Most TVs have RCA audio outputs
Most PCs have a 3.5 mm audio input

So you need a stereo RCA to PC (3.5 mm) audio cable, available at Radio Shack. (or just buy a 3.5 mm to RCA stereo adaptor and use regular audio cables)

why? to record into your computer? you will need a capture card with hdmi port or something.
