Hello

I have a Creative Vision W, the specification reads : compatable with video formats AVI, WMV9, MPEG1, MPEG2, MPEG4-SP, MJPEG, DivX 4.x/ 5.x, XviD-SP. i wish to buy a digital camcorder to take with me travelling in order to store and view the videos from it directly using the Vision W. The problem is ofcourse on the specifications of the various camcorders it says video format mpeg4, some specs state the AVI format which is fine as i know this is compatible with the Vision W. However i would like to buy the sAnyo Vpc-C40 but all i know is from the spec is : 'The Xacti C40 records natural-looking MPEG-4 video images at 640 x 480 pixels and 30 fps' Is there a risk here that some conversion is required between the Vision W and the camcorder. Or in short is mpeg 4 the same as mpeg 4-sp?

Thanks

Onida 1.5 Ton [Heard the Indoor Unit(IDU) is very noisy, Is it true?]
LG 1.5 Ton
Samsung 1.5 Ton

Apart from these, I have an assembler who claims Amtrex Outdoor Unit(ODU) with an imported indoor unit works well.

What Im looking for
1. Very less noise from both IDU and ODU
2. Reliability in the IDU and
3. Good cooling capacity compressor
4. Ofcourse longer life.

Please only those who have bought and used please answer. Most specs on the paper actually dont translate into reality.

However if you can point me to a good review on these models, would appreciate it.

I had a cable box descrambler and it just crapped. I heard you can make them yourselves and I have a couple of old cable boxes I can screw around with. Does anyone know how to do this. Yes this is perfectly legal and my cable company knows that I used my last cable descrambler. These are also called hot boxes.

ok-i cooked some rice the other day-after it was done my microwave started to beep and the display was showing 99:99 and kept on beeping. I cleared it and it did it again. I have unplugged it, but once in a while it will start to beep again and show 99:99 like some one is pressing it. Is it a ghost? (lol) or is there something wrong with it?

Hi, I would love to get 1 Air Purifier that works and really helps filter the air. I have never bought 1 before and fear getting an useless product since there are so many in the market now. Please give me some good recommendation. Preferably from your personal experience. Thanks!

I have a DirecTv receiver & desktop in the same room, plugged into seperate outlets. This morning I noticed that the clock on my PC had gone back an hour. I thought it was strange, but manually changed it to the correct time.

Tonite, I turned on the TV (DirecTV Tivo) & was looking through the guide. That's when I noticed that the time on my guide was off by an hour as well!

I am completely dumbfounded, as everything else in the house is fine. Just the electronics in this room. I tried to do a search, but no such luck. What could possibly be going on with the electric in this room to cause this?
