My daughter is a student staying in Dublin 7. She has a problems with:?

(a) Her electicity bill is amounting to 200€uros instead of 30 €. Her landlord is not keen to cooperate. She wants to shift but she is having her exams for the time being. can some from dublin or europe advise her

(b) her modem( live box) fell down & she can't get access to internet. It quite urgent to have internent for her assignments for her eams. could someone help urgentlyto find some other modem

I am sure her school's Library (or a public library) has free Internet access.
Plus there are dozens of Internet Cafes around Dublin and I am sure her friendly co-students will be happy to help her.
