should i get a cell phone or a electric scooter? i saved up allot of money.?

Cell phones keep on charging long after the phone is paid off - an electric scooter will get you places and won't create more of a bill for you after so many minutes of usage. If you still live at home and you're under 16, then for sure get the scooter, because having a cell phone under that age is questionable - you could always ask for you parents to hook up your own in room phone or use someone else's cell phone.

cell phone! exactly how much money did you save? because now they have really cool phones with new features, if you saved up enough money you can even get the iphone, and that can play music and movies. cell phones are also more convienient, i mean you can get lost, or you need to contact a friend. And payphones are not reliable. and on the electric scooter, it depends on where you live. if you live in a city like new york then you definently dont need one, if you live the suburbs then i dont know.
