I'm wondering if you mean your cell or your cordless phone. If it is your cordless, what kind of phone is it? a 2.4Gz? I would try switching to a 5.8Gz if you don't have one already, it might help with any interference. I work in a store and the PCs messed with our 2.4Gz phone but once we switched to 5.8Gz Panasonics (by and far the best cordless phone!), there was no problem!

There isn't much you can do. Your phone is probably a unit without a cord so it's more like a cell phone. Your phone and the microwave oven operate at about the same frequency and they are not regulated services so they can interfer with each other.

If it really bothers you, then don't talk on the phone when your microwave oven is in use.
