There is a man who calls my house everyday looking for a woman who does not live here. We tell him everytime he calls that this woman does not live at this residance and we've asked him to stop calling. He called again today and when I told him that I was going to get him for harrassmenrt he became beliderent with me. It sounds like he's a bill collector but I'm not who he's looking for not to mention, all my bills are paid. We are on a do not call list which has been activated now for about 4 months so I know it's not a telemarketer. On my caller ID it shows "unknown caller" so I can not call him back. If anyone knows of a way to get this man to stop calling my house please let me know. When we ask for a Supervisor he hangs up on us!

I work nights and keep being woken up by phone calls from 08000 927206 and do not wish to ring that number as I wondered if it might be a high charge con line!

Do you know what 08000 numbers are in the UK?

Do you bt any chance know who runns 08000 927206 so that I can report them to oftel & "Watchdog"?

When it was NTL, I had numerous problems with them including customer services. Now they've been taken over have they improved ?
I would like to go back to the services they offer, but not if the service you get when you have to ring them is still as bad as it was !

a number "+40367163" keeps calling my house, then my cell phone and the processs repeats.
it has left several voice mails (just 15 seconds of silence each), but they have called repeatedly within the last hour. Everytime i answer and speak into the phone, it is basically an echo back (my exact voice). Has anyone heard of this before? how can i block them?

I am confused about the DECT 6.0 launched in U.S. and the original DECT working at 1.9GHz. Are they the same technology or 6.0 is an enhanced version? There are documents about 6.0 at dect.org but I am not a member.
Can the handset be exchangeable between DECT 6.0 and DECT 1.9GHz? And between different vendors?
