I'm trying to send mediacom an e-mail because my phone has no dial tone. can you help me?

You must send your e-mail via their Contact Us webform here:

They should respond to you within 24 hours, although if you're without a dial tone, you'd probably want service quicker. If you have access to another phone, say a cell phone, I'd call customer care at 1-877-304-7466 If you don't have access to another phone, go to this address http://www.siprelay.com
Put in the box that you want to call 1-877-304-7466 and an operator will talk on the phone for you and type what the person says back to you on the screen!
