No they're very poor... I cancelled my 10mbit internet one week, and my internet noticably went down to 4mbit as i expected, but they tried to charge me for 10mbit still....
So then I phoned up and got a quote which was reasonable, 4mbit net, medium range TV package and phone for £42, but that was a mistake too, they changed me to a basic TV package and charged me even more than that :S

Not happy with their broadband service - it keeps on dropping out - particularly when using bittorrents
Had a 35min call with their tech support which I guess was in India - totally useless. The guy just stuck to his script and wasn't prepared to listen to the circumstances under which i was suffering dropped connections. Eventually got them to send an engineer round, but all he did was swap over the modem, and I still get the same problem.

I hate being a virgin client, it particularly has have been given so undesirable on the grounds that growing to be virgin not in basic terms have we lost all Sky Channels which particularly disillusioned me however the internet is worse and the television constantly has faults and the shopper provider is undesirable and fairly extreme priced it value me 25p consistent with minute the different day there to speak to somebody approximately my internet and that they stored me on carry for just about 10mins and then i replaced into on the telephone for sort of 30mins because of the fact the guy on the different end did not talk good english and could not understand me and that i could not understand him it replaced into terrible, i in my view am at my wits end with them and while people inquire from me who they should bypass with i might propose aggenst Virgin, i replaced right into a unswerving Telewest client yet on the grounds that being taken over its completely crap pay attention OTHERS do not grow to be A VIRGIN client ITS not nicely worth IT!

Ive been with cable a while now and since Virgin took over, I've had a couple of hiccups but it was soon sorted over the phone. They even gave me cheaper bills!

Nothing can ever be as bad as Sky. You are probably better off with Virgin or would do even better without cable and satellite TV altogether.
