can someone confirm that it is true that playstation 3 has no regional codes with its games? for instance, if i live in the USA and buy a game from England, i can play it on my system back home?

I have this surge protector for my electronics and when i have my surge protector on...the "surge" light is on(Color Red). When i tried sticking it at another wall the light is off but my electronics are still on. Im not sure what this surge light means? Should the "surge" light be on or off? thanks

I just bought an HDMI switcher from best buy terk is the model. I bought it so i could use HDMI instead of HD cables. But does using an HDMI switcher hurt the tv's resolution since it has to go into the switcher than into the tv? Help

ok so i just today went and got a 26 inch isignia from bestbuy. The picture looks amazing with my 360 so clear and crisp.But then the speakers the make like a rattling noise like on gears of war when i shot at the end of the shot it makes like a pop/cracking noise and that didnt happen with my other tv.Also in halo it makes a crack/pop noise in the campaign when someone is saying somthing over the microphone or w/e
In oblivion it will do it also once in a while is there somthing wrong with the speakers ? or do my speakers just pick up the sound amazingly? and if there is a problem with speakers i will go exchange and if it happens again i will get a 22 inch samsung monitor

i will say the ps3 over the wii and 360 because the ps3 is the future and the the 360 is the pleasant.ps3 will get more games than the 360 lineup next of the year 2008 and it will catch up to Microsoft and it will pass them and leave them behind in the market share business.ps3 will be the best # 1 console in the year of 2008.when it hit the year of 2008 the ps3 will rise to the top by than and it will sir pass the wii and the 360 records in the market business.

I posted a question asking whether or not the PS3 Blu-Ray player will play normal DVDs. Everyone said "yes," but also mentioned a "firmware update." What are they talking about? I purchased a 20GB model of eBay (don't even have it yet). What will the firmware update do for me?

And last, I have internet at my home and use a cable modem. Will I still be able to connect my PS3 to the internet if my modem is directly connected to my computer? I don't have a router. Thanks for the help.

adobe premiere or any other video editing software? What filters would we need and what steps would we have to take to get the desired effect. We want the final footage to look as though it was filmed completely at night and look very natural. So I looked online and it says daylight savings is November 4th this year. I'm so confused, heres what happened. I woke up and looked at my clock it said 9. Then after I got of the shower i looked at the clock in the living room and it said 10:30. I soon realized every clock in my house except the one in my room said 10:30 (the one in my room said 9:30) I thought I had accidentally changed the time on my clock when I was setting the alarm, so I did think anything more about it. But recently a girl that I work will called me and wanted to know when daylight savings was because the clock on the fax machine at work was a hour slower than the clock on her cell phone. So now we're both all confused. I know that my clock in my room, my cell phone clock, and the clock on my computer all change automatically...so its weird that only the clock in my room changed. I live in Virgina, is there something going on with the clocks here..?
