I lost my mobile phone and got it blocked by orange. I've found it again so is there anyway I can get in unlcoked and use it with a new sim card or anything?

no the phone is currently dead so you would have to buy another phone and any other sim card put into it will be of no hope
that happened to my iphone

That would be up to the carrier. When a phone is blocked it's usually the IMEA that is blocked, not just the SIM card. When an IMEA is blocked it's global and there's no way to unblock it unless the carrier does so. Even then, the unblock may not replicate to other carriers so the phone would likely have limited functionality on other carrier's networks if it had any at all.

I lost my phone on holiday I also with Orange they blocked the phone but when it was found they unblocked it for me I just had to ring and explain

Yes Just Go To Your Local Market To A Phone Shop Bit And They Would Normaly Unblock It

take it to the phone dealer but remember u must hav the parchasing papers or waranty card

take it to you phone dealer and find out they should be able to unlock it and let you use it again, but as long as it is locked you can still call 911 if you need to.

call the phone people, cingular blocks and unblocks mine all the time but they charge you

once its blocked you cannot get it unblocked legally, but if you search around you can get it unblocked illigally, but either way you can get it done
