I'm not talking about mobile phones - I mean if you are one of those people who still has an old fashioned "land line" in your house for emergencies (where mobile phone won't work because the system is over loaded with too many people trying to make phone calls) . I saw this very cool looking cordless phone in Germany and I was wondering if I bought and hooked it up here at home to use as my land line and home answering machine - will it work? I know I would have to use an electrical converter - but what about the actual phone cord? Does the phone cord need a converter as well? I haven't been able to find anything on the internet about this.

Again, this is for an old fashioned, land line. A "Home Phone" not a "Mobile Phone". Thanks in advance everyone!

i may buy this ipod nano 2nd generation from a neighbor..i dont have itunes on my windows vista os..do i need to download it to sync the nano and to remove songs from the nano..i read online you need to back up your ipod by storeing all your files to itunes library before you can reset it back to the factory settings..but can i do this witn windows media player or windows media center without downloading another item??

Is it true that Resident Evil 4 is the ONLY game without zombies? I saw some videos and Leon was shooting at innocent people. NOT Zombies. However I did see some monsters. I'd like to know specifically what each one is better for and why/how its different than the other lenses. Also, if any type of these lenses doesn't work with a nikon d80 body, please tell me and which ones it does work with, if more than one. And since there are so many variations within in these broad categories if you have a fav I'd like to know and also, since each lens in these broad categories has their own individual differences please tell me those and they all have numbers like 18-200 or TC-201 what do they refer to? what is a higher number as opposed to a lower one? what would the difference be between 18-200 and 200-18? what do the placement of the numbers refer to? Which ones take bigger pictures or wider pictures or clearer pictures or have more pixels or brighter colors or better color and general picture definition? Thanks so much! I'd really appreciate it if all my individual Q's were answered. I'll defintely pick you as best answer for being helpful with all of them!!!

do you need a projector specially made for dvd players rather than computers. we have seen a cheap Dell one which is mainly for meetings/powerpoint presentations but it says is ok for a small lounge. Would it be ok or would it compromise picture quality? It has 2000 ANSI lumens, contrast ratio 2100:1 and is DLP.
