What is Roam Toll?

What is Roam Toll? When I go on to sprint it tells me I have Roam Toll included in my plan, what does that mean?

i pretty sure its this. b4 telcos charged u 4 roaming, but now u dont pay for it, its put on ur bill every month if ur roaming or not. so i thinks thats it.
