Lots of people are saying it wont be and everytime i phone three they say it wont be either. Frankly I got sick of the company and their attitude and got a good contract on orange with a free N95.
But, erm...the 3 sim works in it. Ha ha!

well depending on where u live. if u live in the US there are only 2 gsm networks, att and t-mobile. if u live newhere else, it works on all gsm networks. its $749 usd

Idunno, but if you are on a GSM network you can get an unlocked one for about six hundred bucks and pop a sim card in.

I've been told it isnt. Too many software issues with it.
