Is it true that Resident Evil 4 is the ONLY game without zombies? I saw some videos and Leon was shooting at innocent people. NOT Zombies. However I did see some monsters. And also, how do you throw a grenade? Do you swoop down with the Wiimote as if throwing a baseball underhand? or do you just press a button? ok thanks

Even though there is no zombies, the people has parasites in them and being controlled by a mysteries organization. In a way, they act like zombies. As for the grenade, you just pick it up and throw it by pressing a button. You will love playing it. I have the game and I loved it! :)

Yes they are not zombies. The people that are being controlled & are affected buy a virus. They are also a religious group & the leader of the religious group he thinks he is god. You should play the hold game & you will understand it more better. If you play Resident Evil 2, you will understand it more of the characters. I hope I was being helpfully.
To answer to your question on how do you throw a grenade? I think is "hold B" trigger & then "press A" button. Or I think just press "A" button.
note: You must collect grenades.
There is also a new 2 Resident Evil game in next year & it is coming on Wii only. It is called Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles.
The 2nd one, it is Resident Evil 5 & only on 360 & PS3 in next year. Can't WAIT!!!!!!

your right they are not zombies, buy they are NOT innocent, those people have a virus, and want to eat human flesh. Also they are being mind controlled
do innocent people swing weapons at you for no reason? you answer that question
if you were being attacked by hundreds of people who intended to kill you , and you had a gun, wouldnt you shoot?

My final point, if you ACTUALLY PLAY resident evil 4(which is a great game I highly recommend), you will come to find that these people are far from innocent
In every previous resident evil game, they werent technically zombies, they were people infected with viruses that made them appear like zombies

Well, they are not exactly innocent, they are drugged up murderer's who will stop at nothing to chain saw your head clean off, they are intelligent thinking enemies and you really have to be careful to get through unscathed. You press a button to throw grenades. It is an absolutely awesome game and if you manage to get to the end there are 5 brand new chapters to play, as well as all the original extras (mercenary missions and Ada's mission)
