hey can anyone help me...
1.i had installed Ubuntu linux on my system but the problem is that its resolution is 640 X 480 .. which sucks big time and the problem is tat it is the only available resolution in the system settings.. though in windows i m able to go upto 1280 X 1024 .. i have a samsung LCD display monitor.. can anyone tell me how to increase the resolution in ubuntu as this is the only reason due to which i do not use ubuntu linux.
2. i want to know how to format ubuntu linux from my harddrive

How do the developers get paid if nobody buys the software, just get it free, and that too with source code? I can understand it about amateur software developers. double alternating_sum(vector a)
that computes the alternating sum of all elements in a vector. For eg, if alternating_sum is called with a vector containing....

1 4 9 16 9 7 4 9 11
then it computes :
1 - 4 + 9 - 16 + 9 - 7 + 4 - 9 + 11 = -2

My Outlook Express gets stuck and it says it exceeds the server limit.And, it takes a while to clear up, about 30 min
Well i know people with the same version of outlook express( its the version that comes with windows xp service pack 2). I think its outlook express 6. They e-mail songs all the time. Is there something im doing wrong?
