i plan on recording only the music of the song but i dont know how and i wanna do this because i want to sing with the musci but not with the voice any help would be aprreciated... thanks!!

Just record the music first then record the vocals on a totally different track within the project. You can mute and unmute the vocal track so you can have an instrumental if need be. GoodLuck

I'm not sure if you can...try to find a forum designated for acid pro. I thought that both tracks had to be seperate (Vocals and music) in order to do that. There might be a way though...to drown the vocals out. I'm not sure..good luck to you though. I have acid pro and for some reason when I record vocals they seem slower than they should be.

I only have Acid Basic (The $70 version), but if you have an equalizer in Acid Pro, you can turn down the mid-level tones. Mess with them until you get the setting you want.

Go for minus one and then u will only have the back up and music.
