Please help if you know how can i correct this problem

install your Nero again. That happened also to my PC.

You need to go to Nero Portal and get the XP update. When I switched to XP years ago I had the same problem. There's an update available that fixes the problem you mentioned.

If you installed XP over a previous OS, you may need to reinstall Nero.
