how can we fix a row in microsoft excel?

i am making a data sheet i want all hadings to be seen

click on the row BELOW the heading, and then go to Window > Freeze.

First move the heading to the top of the screen and then Just place the cursor one row below the heading. Then choose window menu and click on split. This will freeze Row. Suppose u want to freeze both col. and Row choose window menu and then click freeze panes. Bye

1st type some msg
then right click-on particular msg
then u get it insert option
