Do you have each cell with Rs.XX value?
Or you have all these values in one cell.
If you have each cell with Rs.xx value, then you will need first to split the numbers, if your list was in cell A1, then paste this in B1
=MID( A1,SEARCH("." ,A1)+1,10)

then SUM this column (B:B)

If it is all in one cell, you will need more than this, mail me here in Y! Answers to do it for you

Use Text to columns (under Data menu) with Delimited, choosing "Other:" and putting a "." in the field. This will split the text into two columns:

Rs and 50
Rs and 20
etc.

Sum up the column on the right.

= SUM(Col:Col)
