Converting exe to source is like putting toothpaste back in the tube. It can be done, but it's very tedious, and you have to do most of the work yourself.

You basically have to learn enough about the exe to know exactly how it works, then effectively rewrite the program from scratch.

I personally would just buy a new tube of toothpaste.

this is very tricky you need to de-compile or reverse engineer the .exe file it will then be in the programming language the programmer wrote it in - you can then alter and recompile it - this is seriously not easy
