does anyone know of some realy good photo editing programs that are free online,, not just trail programs but full programs that do photo editing,, i realy like working with graphics, and learning all kind of new things that can be done with photo editing programs, and looking for any i may not have,, i already have artweaver,and photofilter and and the gimp,,,but looking for any i might not have,, does anyone know of any that are out here online that is free full versions,, thanks

paint.net is pretty good.

MS paint is reasonable, but there is a decent and good one which comes free with microsoft office 2003. microsoft office picture manager. start, then all programs, then microsoft office 2003, then microsoft office tools, then microsoft office picture manager.

try my favorite,adobe photoshop cs2 its a powerful program and very useful for those who want to create good pictures.i dont think there's a free on the web.i have here a copy my location is philippines

photoshop is free. but if u get it for free it's illegal. i would go to download.com type in photo editing and read the reviews
