i bought my pc in july with 30 days norton av on it i then bought a package from pc world now i am receiving warnings my norton is out of date why

I've purchased from them (and I'm sure that at least one representative from their 'company' will read this answer) and to my disappointment, the software they sold me is ILLEGAL. I've done some research to find this information out, but was wondering what PROOF others may have.

The programs they sold me included a Keygen, which is a program designed to generate illegal serial numbers and confirmation "codes" in order to use unlicensed software. Even in the installation instructions it read that you MUST FIRST disable your internet connection before activating/registering the software.

my pc was once in a bad condition (switches off after 2 minutes) then by a miracle i managed to switch on and quickly install avg. but then my internet wasn't working, my pc was slow and windows media player was not working too. i installed anti adware, anti virus and all that and managed to reset my connection but if i connect it disconnect after a while or automatically attempts a connection. everything seems fine just that my internet is slow and not managable. plus all microsoft apps dont work (window media player, solitaire games, user accounts , control panel help, search , etc.) plus i am denied acces as administrator i have no administrator! oh! and when i try installing xp home nothing happens! i use xp pro.

The windows I have now has too much stuff I don't use or need. Windows XP on the other hand has every thing and the ability to keep updated to new programs. Do I have to have a professiopnal do this or can I do it myself and if so is there some place that will tell me how to do it? I am still a novice but am starting to catch on to enough that I know that XP is what I want. I'm not really worried about losing what I have on the computer now because I have put important stuff on cd's and floppy's. The other stuff I can just start over. Can anyone help? Thanks Debb

In Excel 2002 (10.2614.2625) running on WinXP SP2 home edition:
Cell A1 is $10.00 and Cell B1 is $10.00. Both cells are formatted to 2 decimals.
Cell C1 contains the following formula: ="total cost $"&SUM(A1:B1)
The result in cell C1 is $20 and not $20.00 even with cell C1 formatted to 2 decimals.
What must I do to get the desired result?

After each login to my windows (as user not adminsitrator) windows comes back to its original state where all my software, docs and images are all deleted. How can i change this account to keep all installed files.
