Use Windows Movie Maker! In Capture Video menu Import Pictures and in Edit movies>>select the picutes u want in slide one by one and drag them into time line(square box) at bottom. Select any video transition
then Save it as Save to my computer.

if its a photo slide show you can use powerpoint its very easy and you can add effects and music
