Is there any program that I can use to change edit pitch and tempo of sound files?

Im lookin for a program that can manipulate the tempo and pitch of sound samples.

Something similar to pulsemaster.

Look for a program called SoundForge. There's also another one called Cool Edit, although I'm not sure they still make that one.

u can use sound editing software like GoldWave ,
SoundForge,Mp3Doctor , etc
