inter net message say that internet had encountered a problem and need tobe closed & sorry for the inconvenience. error message was sent to microsoft but no action on my problem

The new Explorer allows you to use multiple tabs. When you go to close a browser, it's going to ask you if you want to close all the tabs, and offer a yes/no. This, if it is the problem, is perfectly natural. IE7 is notoriously buggy, though, so I would advise uninstalling it and going back to 6, or just getting a different browser (I use Firefox to great effect).

Uninstalling Internet Explorer 7:.Go to Control Panel > Add/ Remove Programs. Look for Internet Explorer 7.
