I need help with Nero and a few other things that has to do with stuff on the computer. Are there ways, other than always contacting the manufacturer, to find out how to fix stuff, lots of stuff like that?

I cant get rid of this spyware I have on my computer. Then just now, DriveCleaner popped up and said Would you like to Install?
and now I have drivecleaner.
I need help. I downloaded softwares that could do it but in the end, It said FILE LOCKED!!!

How do I get it out of the bootup menu when I start Windows? It always boots to Vista,which no longer exists, and I have to scroll down to Windows to be able to startup Windows? I no longer have a partioned hard drive...but Windows still thinks I have two operating systems to boot from.

Even after I have navigated to the my documents forlder to save a document in Word, the very next time that I try to save a document in word, "save As" opens into a "temp" folder, and if I don't catch that that is happening and go ahead and save it, it gets lost from the temp folder anytime I reboot etc.
